What is ePicas?

ePicas is our online ordering system where you, our customer, can construct and place their own orders from their business, a job site, or even the comfort of your own home! 

What are the benefits of using ePicas?

When you order using of ePicas, you will be ordering off live availability, giving you the most accurate and up-to-date information for your orders. As soon as you submit your order, your product is reserved for your order. By ordering through ePicas, your order will be processed faster and more efficiently.

How do I place an Order?

Once you are logged in, follow our ePicas ordering guide to submit your order. 

I'm getting an error 'Add order line item request'. What do I do!?

Since our availability is live, it is constantly changing. We recommend spending no more than 3 minutes before adding items to your cart to avoid changes in inventory. Always refresh your page when you're adding more items to assure that the availability is completely updated and accurate. It may help to break up your order by entering by each container or by each letter. If you have entered many items, follow the export list on page 2 of our Ordering Guide.
